Makes 15 pancakes
1 – 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
8oz of Sugarbush Maple Lager
1 egg
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
2. In a separate large bowl, stir together beer, egg, oil, and Maple Syrup.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
4. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour batter into skillet, using a little less than 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
